Residential Mortgage Network, Inc. has been locally owned since 1987. We are a mortgage bank (not a broker) and provide home loans to borrowers anywhere in the State of Iowa. Our loan officers are passionate about providing excellent home loan programs and customer service. At RMN, we originate Rural Development, VA, Conventional, FHA and new construction loans with confidence.

We are a mortgage bank and fully underwrite all of our loan programs in-house, which allows us to reduce the waiting period for our clients. We average less than a 3 week turn around process from application completion to loan approval. We are one of the top producing USDA Rural Development home loan providers within our region!
